An artistic research on the different roles the camera takes in social situations of violence, and the impact of these roles on the depicted. Questions on the reliability of the image, the fictionalization of an event by shooting it with cameras, the relation between visibility and value and the economy of false truth are raised in the work. Challenging the singular gaze on images of violence/victims by giving theoretical and analytical tools while narrating stories of events that show how fiction can leak into reality and clash with its rules in the same way a documentary clashes with itself as a truth-telling medium.
